Summer Schedule

The new summer schedule is here!  We know summertime brings about many new activities and vacations for our members.  We hope that you can find a class time that will work well with your busy summer schedules.  Attached, you will find a form that will make a recommendation toward a class that is best suited for your child at their current age and ability.  Please consider these class options as suggested by your child’s current instructor.  Detach the lower portion of the form to register for our summer session beginning June 5th.  We want to remind all current members that registration for classes is done on a first come first serve basis.  Class sizes are limited to an 8:1 student/staff ratio.

GRGA Renewal Fee

The $15 annual renewal fee is due to GRGA with your April tuition.  This fee covers the cost of insurance, mailings and handouts for the year.  As an incentive to pay this fee on time, GRGA will distribute a valuable coupon sheet to all members paying the fee on or before April 1st.  This coupon sheet includes free passes to open gyms and discounts on birthday parties, leotards and pro shop items.  All new members joining in 2006 are exempt from this fee until April of 2007 and are also eligible for this free coupon sheet for paying the registration fee.  Coupon sheets are available at the front desk.

Gymnasts of the Month

Gymnasts of the Month are chosen by GRGA instructors based on hard work, attendance and attitude in the gym.  Congratulations to the Gymnasts of the Month for March and April.   Please check out the new Gymnast of the Month display in the lobby.

Adult Conditioning Class

On Sunday evening an adult conditioning class is being offered from 6:00-7:00 p.m.  This class involves use of the gymnastics equipment to enhance flexibility and strength.  Cost is $6 per time and is open to anybody.   If you have questions regarding the class, please speak with Andrea or Kayla.

Competitive Results

Congratulations to the Level 5 girls as they completed their season at the Spring Jamboree on March 25th.  The team performed incredibly well, nailing 16 for 16 routines on their way to finishing 3rd as a team and scoring a team high for the season.  Level 5 team members are Courtney Daigle, Riley O’brien, Sarah Gardeski, Alyssa Beaty, Bailee Montavon, Angela Gareri and Stephanie Jamsa.  Great season, girls, and keep up the hard work!

Also, congratulations to the Level 4 team who edged out six top gyms from the Twin Cities area as they took home second place at the Spring Jamboree.  This meet was a final preparation for the girls as they head into the state meet on April 9th.   This meet was also the last meet for athletes to qualify to state and GRGA is proud to announce that the ENTIRE team has qualified by individually scoring a 32.00 or higher in the all-around at a USAG sanctioned competition.  Good Luck to all of the following members; Adrianna Broking, Hunter Cardwell, Sarah Childs, Mckinley Hain, Tatum Klatt, Annabelle Versich, Emily Mann, Isabel Hawk, Kaley Marok, Brittany Schlink, Dominique Flack, Mariah Harguth, Krislyn Virnig, Abbie Geislinger.
