Among the important changes due to the survey is that we will not have Saturday classes during the summer. Saturday classes will resume in the fall. Summer Open Gym
GRGA’s recent survey has indicated about 50% of members would like to see a summer open gym. There were a mixture of opinions on days and times that families would like to see it offered. GRGA will offer open gym for the month of June. If attendance is good, we will continue to offer it throughout the July and August sessions.
Used Leotard Sale
GRGA will be having a used leotard sale during the May session. Start bringing in your used leotards with your child’s name and requested price for each leotard attached to the leotard or hanger. Please check these into the information desk so they can be properly recorded. Proceeds from the sale of used leotards may be used in the GRGA pro-shop.
Business Card Board
Do you have a business that you would like to promote at GRGA? GRGA will be placing a business card display rack in the lobby in the month of May. For a fee of $50 for six months, any business may stock the board with business cards that other GRGA members and visitors can take. All proceeds from this board will go towards the GRGA competitive team fundraising account. Slots must be pre-paid for 6 month intervals.
Lost and Found
The lost and found is located right outside of the girl’s locker room door. Please locate any lost treasures that you may have left at GRGA. Please do not remove any items that do not belong to your family. Also, leotards and jewelry items that have been found may also be at the information desk. If you are missing either of these type items, please inquire at the desk.
Renewal Fee
As stated in the registration forms and the GRGA policies, GRGA charges a $15 annual renewal fee per family. This fee helps cover the cost of insurance, mailings and hand-outs. Typically this fee is collected in April of each year. However, GRGA will now begin collecting the renewal fee in September of each year. If your initial enrollment to GRGA was during 2007, no renewal fee is owed until September 2008.
