Holiday Show
The annual holiday show will be held on December 22nd at the Greenway High school Auditorium. This performance is encouraged for all levels of GRGA gymnasts and dancers including preschool and parent/tot. Last year we had over 100 participants and hope to make this year an even bigger success. The deadline to order leotards has been extended to November 17th. Please be sure to get your envelope returned on time so we can assure a timely arrival of costumes and leotards for the dress rehearsal and picture day. So far, there are over 100 members signed up to participate this year. Each level will perform a short segment with the students in their class. Show tickets will be available for pre-sell on December 4th.
Picture Day and Dress Rehearsal
This year we will hold our dress rehearsal for the Holiday Show coinciding with picture day at the Greenway High school Auditorium the Sunday before the show, December 17th. Students will arrive at a designated time slot to run through their routine on stage and follow it up with class and individual pictures. Pictures will be taken by Klatt Photography again this year. A schedule will be handed out closer to the date with rehearsal times for each class. If your child does not wish to participate in the holiday show but is interested in attending picture day, they may be included in the class photo by ordering the holiday show leotard. Individual photos are also available and will not require purchase of the holiday show leotard.

Open Gym Schedule
Due to GRGA’s busy competitive meet schedule, open gym is not held every weekend. Please keep posted on scheduled open gym times by following the calendar in the lobby or via the website at www.grgymacademy.com. Open gym is an excellent time to make up a missed class or a great opportunity for anyone desiring extra gym time. Open Gym will not be held for the entire month of November due to competitions and Thanksgiving weekend. We will hold several open gym sessions during December.
Thanksgiving Weekend
GRGA will be closed over the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend. Friday preschool gymnasts may pro-rate their November tuition or make-up during another preschool class. Beginner through Level 3 classes may attend an open gym make-up class on December 2nd or December 16th. We hope everybody has a safe and happy holiday.
Hooded Sweatshirts
Orders can be placed for GRGA Hooded Sweatshirts in November. Sweatshirts will be delivered in time for Holiday gift giving. This year, sweatshirts will be available in several colors with the GRGA logo screen printed on the front. Look for the hooded sweatshirt display and order envelopes in the lobby soon.
Inclement Weather
If school becomes canceled due to inclement weather, it is GRGA’s policy to cancel classes as well.
GRGA classes will still be held on other no-school days such as conferences and MEA weekend.
